Mike is the founder and President of Rock Oak, LLC. A retired U.S. Army psychologist, he has continued the mission by growing the veteran-owned Rock Oak into a premier resource for assessment, selection, training, and development/coaching of both military special operations leaders and c-suite corporate executives. Under Mike's leadership, the real estate arm of Rock Oak purchases, plans, develops, and leases or sells high quality residential real estate, primarily in Illinois and Florida.
